Who is Misha?

A midwestern girl, I grew up in a family full of teachers. Both of my parents are teachers. In 2021, I received my Bachelors in Business Management and Organizational Leadership (Project Management) from Saint Petersburg College, Florida. This is when I realized that I was not only passionate about making organizations succeed but also helping others learn. In 2024, I received my Masters in Instructional Design and Technology from Purdue Global University, Indiana. I achieved my lifelong dream to learn how to teach and inspire others. By using the latest developments in technology, I can inspire learners to learn. I live in the beautiful state of Florida. I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family. Design is more of a conversation than a monologue. The theories that shape instructional design are many, but it is the strategy of how they are used thoughtfully for the good of others that makes all of the difference. With 25 years of corporate and learning experience, I have learned one thing. It is not about the message that you wish to convey. It is about how you communicate it to others!
